Cozaddale Baptist Temple - Ministries
Visitation

The Bible commands us to fulfill the Great Commission given to us by Christ in Matthew 28.  This is not a suggestion to the local church, but rather a command.  How else will the lost world hear about Jesus if someone doesn't go and tell them?  We have soul winning visitation during the week and on Saturday.  Our bus visitation and general church visitation meet on Saturday.  See our schedule page for times.  God promised to bless our efforts if we would go.

Bus

A large part of the ministry at Cozaddale Baptist Temple is our bus ministry.  Every Sunday, our buses bring in between 130 and 200 kids.  Our bus routes include Goshen, Morrow/South Lebanon, Milford, Loveland, Owensville/Fayetteville, and Blanchester.

Sunday School

A part of the Great Commission is to train others.  We have Sunday School every Sunday morning for everyone to come and learn more about God.  Currently, we have the following classes.

  • Nursery
  • Toddlers
  • Kindergarten
  • 1st & 2nd Grade Boys, Girls
  • 3rd & 4th Grade Boys, Girls
  • 5th & 6th Grade Boys, Girls
  • Teen (7th - 12th Grade)
  • College and Career
  • Home Builders (Married Couples) - teaching on the home
  • New Converts - teaches Baptist foundation
  • Ladies
  • Adults
Music

We sing the old-fashioned hymns and church music that honors and glorifies the Savior.  There is special music during our services that edify the saints and bring glory to God.  We have three choirs for our members.  The Adult choir meets at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday nights to practice and sings on Sunday mornings and evenings.  There is a choir for our teenagers to be apart of, as well as a Children's choir for those in the 6th grade and younger.

Youth

The Youth Department at Cozaddale Baptist Temple is a vital part of the ministry.   Every month our youth have activities such as all-night outings, bowling, S.N.A.C.K. (Sunday Night After Church Knockout), and so much more.  Every activity has an emphasis on fun and spirituality.  During the summer months, our teenagers on Tuesday nights, load on a bus and go soul-winning.  Every year many people are saved because they are faithful to go.  Also, for one week in July, our teens go to a church camp in Kentucky.  This is a time for fun and spiritual renewal.

Children

Our young people are the future of CBT.  They too are taught sound, Biblical teaching.  We have many Junior churches on Sunday mornings where they have their own church service.  Each Junior church sing songs, play games, gives out prizes, and has a message from the Bible. In the summer children, ages 7-12, go to camp in Kentucky for a week.  There is also K.F.C. (Kids For Christ) where they get together and play games once a month.

Cozaddale Baptist Academy

Cozaddale Baptist Temple has been blessed to be able to have a school ministry.  It was begun out of a desire to be able to academically and spiritually train our young people in a Christian environment.  We are excited about the Christian school ministry and the benefit our future graduates will be to our society, churches, and homes.

Timothy Baptist College

Timothy Baptist College was started from a desire to train our own people in the ministry.  TBC is a small college, but the Lord has blessed it.  We offer majors in Pastoral Theology, Teaching, and Missions.

Nursing Home

There are many people who are unable to come church because of their physical health.  We currently have four nursing homes that we go to each week and hold a service for them.  There are services at the Villas in Morrow, Melonridge in Goshen, Lebanon Country Manor in Lebanon, and Loveland Care in Loveland.  We have had the privilege of seeing many of these residents come to a saving knowledge of Christ.
